Meeting Purpose

This is the 10th anniversary of the PEPH program, so the meeting also provides an opportunity to look towards the future, consider how the program/network can evolve, reflect on what has been accomplished, and challenges moving forward.

We encourage everyone to use the hashtag #PEPH2020 when posting about the meeting on social media!

Workshop Abstracts

Participants are invited to present workshops focusing on translating science for diverse audiences including youth and healthcare professionals. Ideally the workshop should be tied into the overall meeting topic, but that is not a requirement.

Participants are encouraged to submit a workshop abstract via the Workshop Abstract Submission page. Submissions will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.

Limited travel support will be available for accepted abstracts, if necessary. Please complete the Meeting Scholarship Request form if you require a scholarship to attend.

Poster Abstracts

Participants are invited to present posters focusing on the components of the PEPH model: coordinated activities in research, communication, capacity building, and evaluation.

Participants are encouraged to submit a poster abstract via the Poster Abstract Submission page. Submissions will be accepted until 6:00 p.m. EST on Friday, December 6, 2019.

Limited travel support will be available for accepted posters, if necessary. Please complete the Meeting Scholarship Request form if you require a scholarship to attend.

Scholarships

Limited funds are available to assist grantees, students, university partners, early stage investigators, healthcare professionals, and representatives of community organizations attend the meeting. Please complete the Meeting Scholarship Request form if you require a scholarship to attend. Submissions will be accepted until 6:00 p.m. EST on Friday, December 6, 2019.

Registration

Registration will open in December 2019. Additional details will be provided as soon as they are available.
