An online qualitative survey distrubuted in partnership with the environmental justice group WE ACT for Environmental Justice (WE ACT). The survey aimed to understand how WE ACT members, primarily based in Northern Manhattan, were coping with heat in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey questions collect demographic information, AC prevalence, the use of green spaces and parks before and during COVID-19, and policies and safety issues surrounding the pandemic.
