This validated questionnaire, the Quick Environmental Exposure and Sensitivity Inventory, or QEESI©, also known as the "TILT Test," helps researchers, doctors, and their patients identify individuals with multiple chemical intolerances. The QEESI was developed as a screening questionnaire for multiple chemical intolerances (MCI). The instrument has four scales: Symptom Severity, Chemical Intolerances, Other Intolerances, and Life Impact. It can be used to assess the onset of new or intensified symptoms following an event. This resource was identified by the NIH Disaster Research Response Program (DR2) for researchers looking for pre- and post-disaster data collection instruments.
