Maximum number of oral speakers:
The agenda allows for a formal public comment period for each topic. During this time, speakers can provide oral comments on the following topic:
- Topic I: Contract Concept: Chemistry Support Services for the NIEHS
- Topic II: Contract Concept: Toxicology Support Services for the NIEHS
- Topic III: Contract Concept: Pathology Support Services for the NIEHS
Requests to provide oral comment are on a first-come, first-served basis (only one speaker per organization per topic, up to 5 minutes per speaker). After the maximum number of speakers is reached, the requestors will be placed on a wait list until the wait list maximum is reached. Individuals will be notified should an opening become available. Once the wait list is filled, we will no longer accept requests.

Collection of this information is authorized by The Public Health Service Act, Section 411 (42 USC 285a). Rights of study participants are protected by The Privacy Act of 1974. Participation is voluntary, and there are no penalties for not participating or withdrawing from the study at any time. Refusal to participate will not affect your benefits in any way. The information collected in this study will be kept private to the extent provided by law. Names and other identifiers will not appear in any report of the study. Information provided will be combined for all study participants and reported as summaries. You are being contacted on-line to complete this instrument so that we can improve the website.
