Summary: Blood and urine samples collected from men and women both smokers and non-smokers. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated and assayed for presence of Th17 cells (flow cytometry) and IL-17A cytokine production (ELISA). Urinary arsenic measurement adjusted for creatinine.
