Accession Number: GSE122061

Link to Dataset: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE122061

Repository: Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO)

Data Type(s): Gene Expression

Experiment Type(s): Expression profiling by array

Organism(s): Mus musculus

Summary: In this study, we utilized 95 Diversity Outbred (DO) female mice, 56 weeks of age, to perform eQTL analysis of renal biomarkers in blood and urine. We also determined the correlation between kidney biomarkers and expression levels of the genes in kidney.
