Microvi Technology to Restore Drinking Water in California District

On November 28, NIEHS Superfund Research Program (SRP) small business grantee, Microvi Biotech, Inc. (Microvi) announced that their Microvi MNE technology was selected to treat nitrate contaminated groundwater in the Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD) of Rancho Cucamonga, California. The new nitrate treatment facility has the potential to restore to the community more than two billion gallons of nitrate contaminated groundwater per year.
