Researchers at Texas A&M University Superfund Research Program Center developed an artificial intelligence (AI) chat bot that allows communities to report pollution incidents through a simple text messaging platform.

The AI application uses a large language model to communicate with users in a conversational manner, guiding users through the reporting process by collecting, validating, and submitting data to the proper organizations.
