Caveats: This course combines four courses developed by the FEMA Emergency Management Institute (EMI) to provide basic training in the National Response Plan (NRP), National Incident Management System (NIMS), and Incident Command System (ICS) in order to meet federal mandates. The component courses are available as web-based training through the FEMA EMI website and can also be provided in a classroom format. Instructor qualifications and course materials for classroom training are available through the FEMA EMI.
