Description:
This questionnaire was a telephone survey utilizing Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) at the Institute for Social Science Research, Survey Research Center Computer-Assisted Studies. The survey was to identify and assess Southern California residents' experiences in and responses to the Northridge earthquake of January 17, 1994. The survey document contains machine-coding; scroll down to see the survey questions. This resource was identified by the NIH Disaster Research Response Program (DR2) for researchers looking for pre- and post-disaster data collection instruments.
