Security on the EPA Campus
A valid photo ID, such as a REAL ID, is required for entry to the EPA campus. Participants will pass through security screening, including a metal detector and bag screening. Federal employees should bring their government-issued badge, if available, to help expedite the check-in process. To minimize delays, we recommend bringing only essential items.

Campus Access for Foreign Visitors
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires all Foreign Visitors to disclose their home country as part of their security protocol. Please indicate this on the event registration form only if this applies to you.

You must be entered into EPA's Visitor Management System by Friday, October 9, 2026 in order to participate in this event. Late registrations cannot be accepted.

Parking at EPA
If you are driving, ample parking is available at EPA. The parking lot is approximately a 1-2 block walk from the meeting facility, and a limited number of accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional details will be provided closer to the event.

Bringing Your Laptop to EPA
Attendees bringing a laptop, tablet, or other electronic device onto the EPA campus must complete an EPA laptop registration form each day the device is brought on-site. Additional details and instructions will be provided before the workshop.

NIH defines a Non-U.S. Person as, “someone who does not have U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) status.”

If this applies to you, you must be entered into the VisitNIH system by Friday, September 18, 2026. Please contact Kerri Voelker for assistance.
