Purpose of the Awardee Meeting
The semi-annual WTP Awardee Meeting brings awardees together to provide program updates, exchange information regarding training, and discover new areas of interest to awardees.

WTP Workshop Details

The Spring WTP Technical Workshop will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, April 21 – 22, 2021. The workshop is tentatively scheduled from 1:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. EDT both days. The agenda is posted below.

Purpose and Scope of the Workshop
While we have heard many stories of challenges and frustration during the COVID-19 pandemic, we know people have adapted to overcome gaps in worker training and protection. The goal of this workshop is to review the best practices of WTP, awardees, and partnering organizations to sustain training programs during COVID-19 and other disaster preparedness and response efforts by addressing the following questions:

  • Where has WTP succeeded?
  • Where does WTP still experience challenges?
  • What is the path forward to address recurring issues as it relates to these areas?
