Final Progress Reports

Year:   2005 

On April 1, 2004 Dr. Karl Kelsey replaced Dr. Richard Monson as Principal Investigator of the Harvard University SBRP.  Dr. Kelsey was responsible for preparing the competing continuation application submitted in April 2005. Ms. Colleen Dionne has taken over as the Administrator of the Superfund Program Project Grant.  Ms. Dionne worked closely with all investigators and the financial administrators in preparing the competitive renewal and is familiar with all of the financial and administrative aspects of the grant.  She has been working with the administrators of the other cores and projects and is well-integrated into the overall management of the grant.  Dr. Monson continued to assist in the management of the program project though March 2006.

Monthly meetings of all core and project leaders are held to discuss administrative and scientific issues of interest to all investigators.  At each meeting one or two investigators present their research results.

A meeting of our External Advisory Board is being planned for early in 2006.  It will follow the announcement by NIEHS of the outcome of the competitive funding round.
