Summary: Six human cell lines were treated in a log dose response to 141 petroleum substance extracts containing unknown or variable composition, complex reaction products and biological materials (UVCBs) to be used for grouping and read across strategies. The six cell lines consisted of human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived hepatocytes, cardiomyocytes, neurons, and endothelial cells, as well as the human MCF7 and A375 cell lines. All transcriptomics were targeted with BioSpyder S1500+ gene list.
