Title: Toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics of tetrachloroethylene in males of 45 Collaborative Cross strains of mice

Accession Number: Rusyn7

Link to Dataset: https://phenome.jax.org/projects/Rusyn7

Repository: Mouse Phenome Database (MPD)

Data Type(s): Genotype/Phenotype

Experiment Type(s): Phenotype measurements

Organism(s): Mus musculus

Summary: Male mice from 45 strains of the Collaborative Cross were orally administered a single dose of tetrachloroethylene (percholorethylene, PERC) or vehicle and euthanized at various time points to generate population-level concentration-time profiles for PERC and its primary oxidative metabolite trichloroacetate (TCA) across multiple tissues. Toxicodynamic phenotyping included study of the expression of CYPs and dysregulation of hepatic lipid metabolism.
