Data Type(s): Gene Expression, Underlying data from publication

Summary: RNA sequencing was conducted to evaluate transcriptional status in sperm and oocytes of C57BL/6J mice exposed to 200ppb of sodium arsenite. Gene expression was also evaluated in off spring livers and islets that were exposed to inorganic arsenic prior to conception.
