During this period, the Administrative Core supported the Center’s diverse outreach and translation activities to partners and environmental health stakeholders in academia, government, professional organizations, and communities. The Core managed transitions in Center personnel and continued to contribute to University recruiting efforts that identified and hired new transformation SRP-relevant faculty. The Core planned and hosted a year-long series of biweekly meetings to identify new Center participants and set long-term plans for scientific research and external engagement. The Core led the effort to identify and recruit new members for the External Advisory Committee, and to request and secure institutional commitment from the University going forward. The Brown SRP and its Administrative Core led the planning activities for the 2020 Regional Meeting of Northeast Superfund Centers, hosted invited speakers in environmental health at Brown, and coordinated the Brown Center’s participation in the 2020 National Meeting. The Administrative Core coordinated a new data science effort within the Brown SRP and continued to facilitate the design and piloting of a new institutional repository dedicated solely to the storage, curation, and sharing of diverse digital products generated by the Brown SRP.
