Title: NRF2 Activates Growth Factor Genes and Downstream AKT Signaling to Induce Mouse and Human Hepatomegaly (RNA-seq dataset 1)

Accession Number: GSE134188

Link to Dataset: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE134188

Repository: Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO)

Data Type(s): Gene Expression

Experiment Type(s): Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing

Organism(s): Mus musculus

Summary: Transcriptional changes induced by adenovirus p62 induced NRF2 activation in the mouse liver. 7 days after the liver-specific p62 knock out mice were injected with adenovirus-GFP, p62 wild type, or p62KIR mutant. Liver samples were collected from the adenovirus infected livers or uninfected control livers.
