Summary: To evaluate the effects of ectopic expression of REV-ERBs in Th17 cells at a genome-wide scale, we performed RNA-sequencing analysis of Th17 cells retrovirally transduced with REV-ERBalpha, REV-ERBbeta or MigR1 control vector.
