Course Title: OSHA 5600 Disaster Site Worker Trainer
Type of Course: Disaster Site Worker Train-the-Trainer
Description: This course gives the basic information needed to train others, such as government workers, operators, owners, managers, private industry representatives, and the public, with the knowledge needed to respond to terrorist acts or natural disasters. This Train-the-Trainer course focuses on understanding and recognizing hazards associated with working at disaster sites, becoming familiar with Incident Command Structure, and the proper use of hazard controls, including personal protective equipment. Completion of this instructor program authorizes the participant to instruct disaster site worker training at their facility or organization.
