Project Summary (1995-2000)

The purpose of this core is to provide biostatistical consulting to any of the project investigators who need it. Further, since many of the project investigators produce complicated data, the analysis are not simple. This group advises on the best methods for data analysis. In some instances, this requires mathematical modeling of metabolism, toxicokinetics and cellular injury. Specific aims include providing statistical consultation to the various projects, fostering innovative applications of mathematical and statistical analysis in support of project objectives, and the facilitation of communication and data exchanges between project investigators and with the Superfund research program nationally.
