Project Summary (1995-2000)

The Laboratory Services core is charged with analysis of PCB, endocrine, and metals. This group also is responsible for overseeing the care and dosing of pregnant rats. PCB analysis is done using GCECD. Endocrine analysis is done by RIA. Metals are determined by AA spectroscopy and ion selective electrodes. Organic chemical analysis is performed by GC/FTIR/MS and HPLC/CI/MS.
