Summary: Transcriptional changes induced by adenovirus p62 induced NRF2 activation in the mouse liver. 7 days after the liver-specific p62 knock out mice were injected with adenovirus-GFP, p62 wild type, or p62KIR mutant. Liver samples were collected from the adenovirus infected livers or uninfected control livers.
