Summary: Pseudomonas putida G7 (111) is an aerobic bacterial species discovered in soil known to harbor the naphthalene degrading NAH7 plasmid. Here, we report the first genome sequence of G7. The genome was assembled by Nanopore sequencing and consisted of a chromosome of 6.4 Mbp with a G+C content of 62.13 percent.
