Title: Dataset for synthesis and characterization of Cabinet Mixture

Summary: A mixture containing three non-Aroclor PCB congeners detected in polymer resin from kitchen cabinets(Herkert et al., 2018) was prepared and authenticated using a PCB congener-specific gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) method (Li et al., 2018). The mass percentages of the three PCB congeners, 2,2',4,4'-tetrachlorobiphenyl (PCB 47), 2,2',4,6'-tetrachlorobiphenyl (PCB 51), and 2,3',4,5'-tetrachlorobiphenyl (PCB 68), in this Cabinet Mixture were 75, 17, and 8 percent by weight, respectively. The dataset contains the raw GC-MS/MS data and the PCB congener profiles of PCB 47, PCB 51, PCB 68, and the synthetic Cabinet Mixture.
